What is the nucleotide sequence of DNA?

Both are primary. By definition, the primary structure is the sequence of nucleotide bases, secondary is hydrogen bonding between different nucleotides--twisting up the strand, tertiary is the bonding between different R groups on amino acids, and quaternary is when two different strands interact with each other to form a more complex protein.
