What is the change in each amount of energy as the trophic levels go up?

You know when you have the pyramid and it has the producers on the bottom then there is the primary secondary then the tertiary consumers. what are the energy amounts on each level though? I know it goes down by 10% but what are the numbers...please and thank you! :D
