Is 4-propyl heptan-1-ol a tertiary alcohol?

i know 2 methylpropan-1-ol is a Tertiary alcohol as it has 3 alkyl groups around the carbocation, how ever if the alkyl is more than 2 or 3 carbons long it it still a tertiary alcohol.
